With Estonian Business School students in Tallinn we looked how emotions affect change processes in organizations and what to do about them. We concluded the session with another coaching exercise to help deciding between the options. Hence – we focused on Kurt Lewin’s “survival anxiety” and “learning anxiety” and assessed in terms of practical change projects – what do we need to do to increase the likelihood of change happen.
