Our courses are carefully designed to give each opportunities to facilitate the whole group, and be facilitated by the other participants. Even a single person pulling a non-show will affect the learning experience for the other learners. For this reason we ask for a 50% deposit before we reserve your place to training. The remaining balance must be paid in full latest 30 days prior to the course start.
Therefore, if you withdraw from training more than 30 days prior to event we'll reimburse your payment, less 10% processing fee. If you cancel 15-29 days prior to the event, you may reschedule to another date or leave us your 50% deposit. If you cancel less than 15 days prior to the event, you will not have the right to neither refund nor the opportunity to reschedule.
Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes or cancellation of the program, we also reserve the right to withdraw the event from our side. You will have the right to reschedule the event to another time or location, or ask for full refund. Still, we cannot reimburse the cost of any pre-booked travel or accommodation and suggest you consider travel insurance to cover your potential costs.
