In this lesson you will learn about the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Methodology core process, which consists of four steps:
- Challenge – first, you as the coach or as the facilitator will pose the question to which your coachee or team will start answering.
- Building – then the coachee or the team will start building.
- Sharing – once building is complete, the coachee or the group member will describe it, using metaphors, stories, pointing to different elements of their building. When you have more than two people in the group, ask them share one after another. Whenever anybody is sharing, encourage curiosity about their model.
- Reflection – in the final phase, your coachee or team members will reflect about what buildings did they observe and what did they hear in the stories.
